  • Send this command to sms gateway, fb messenger, or viber bot to sell load to customers.

  • Send this command to fb messenger, viber bot, or to sms gateways to transfer load wallet to recipient trusted number

  • Send this command to fb messenger, viber bot, or to sms gateways to transfer Ecash wallet to recipient trusted number

DEPOSIT  [TrustedNumber]  [AMOUNT]

  • Send this command to fb messenger or viber bot to submit load wallet deposit. The bot will ask for the deposit request, just attach it and send right away.

BAL

  • Send this command to fb messenger, viber bot, or to your offline vendo to check your remaining load wallet.

ACBAL

  • Send this command to fb messenger, viber bot, or to sms gateways to check your activation credits balance.

Activation credit is used for activating regular sim card number to be able to sell load to subscribers (1-sim load all networks)

ACT MobileNumber

  • Send this command to fb messenger, viber bot, or to sms gateways to activate the MobileNumber as a traditional retailer for 1-sim load all networks. You need to have an activation credits to perform this command.

INQUIRE BALANCE [CUSTOMER_NUMBER]

  • Send this command to your offline vendo and it will respond with the customer’s wallet balance.

UPDATE-CREDITS [CUSTOMER_NUMBER]  [AMOUNT]

  • Send this command to your offline vendo or to messenger/viber gateway and the customer’s credit will be updated.

ENABLE KIOSK-MODE

  • Send this command to your offline kiosk vendo and it will automatically relaunch into kiosk mode.

DISABLE KIOSK-MODE

  • Send this command to your offline kiosk vendo and it will automatically exit from kiosk mode. Note: This command is applicable only during maintenance. You should not use this when no authorized person is present near the machine to avoid unathorized person accessing confidential data from your machine.

Alternative way to disable kiosk is double press the power button twice and then volume + once

  • Send this command to our fb messenger, viber bot, or to your offline eload vendo. And you will get a response containing your sales today.

SALES YESTERDAY

  • Send this command to our fb messenger, viber bot, or to your offline eload vendo. And you will get a response containing your sales yesterday.

SALES THIS WEEK

  • Send this command to our fb messenger, viber bot, or to your offline eload vendo. And you will get a response containing your sales this week.

SALES THIS MONTH

  • Send this command to our fb messenger, viber bot, or to your offline eload vendo. And you will get a response containing your sales this month.

SALES   [YYYY-MM-dd]  to  [YYYY-MM-dd]

  • Send this command to your offline eload vendo and you will get a response containing your sales at specified dates.

CLEAR LOGS

  • Send this command to your offline eload vendo to delete all the transaction logs

SHOW UNUSED CREDITS

  • Send this command to your offline eload vendo and you will get a response containing the unused customer’s credits.

SET-TRUSTED-PHONE TrustedNumber

  • This will update the retailer’s trusted number for centralized wallet.
  • Using your activated retailer sim, send this command to one of our sms gateways.
  • If the TrustedNumber already exists and have wallet balance, the system will send sms prompt to the Trusted Number and it should reply with Yes/RETAILER# to confirm. 

SEND-SMS  [MESSAGE]  to  [RECIPIENT_NUMBER]

  • Send this command to your offline kiosk vendo to trigger it to send a message to the specified RECIPIENT_NUMBER.

Sample: SEND-SMS [SAYA199] to 4540

FETCH-SMS  [DEPTH]

  • Send this command to your offline vendo and it will reply with a an sms at a specified depth. Depth is a number from 1 up to the number of messages. 1 is the latest, 2 is next to latest and so on.
