Step-by-step guide on how you can clear the built up customer credits on the customer’s mobile phone number.

Customer credits are stored in their number if they make a payment for a purchase which is more than the amount needed to pay. 


Example:

Buy 10 pesos regular load + 3 pesos service charge = 13 pesos

Amount needed to pay : 13 pesos (3 pesos service charge added)

Customer paid 20 pesos

Credits added to the customer number is 7 pesos

Should the customer request a change or simply want to claim their built up credits, you can clear their credits by then before you give them the equivalent amount.
